About Fundraising
DOOLEYS selectively participates in many fundraising activities. We offer in house fundraisers, at one of our four locations, or can assist by simply donating gift certificates or food parties. From schools and sports teams to someone in need and your favorite charities, we can help you raise money. You may inquire by sending your request to events@dooleysirish.com or by calling one of our four locations for more information. DOOLEYS only books fundraisers based on space, availablitly, and by their discretion.
In House Fundraising
DOOLEYS offers three types of in house fundraising programs.
- Dooleys Rewards Fundraising Program - Through our Rewards program Dooleys can create your organization's fundraising campaign. We meet with your chairpersons and set up Rewards Cards just for your group and explain how the program works. You hand out the Rewards Cards your group, and every purchase they make at Dooleys we will donate 5% back to your organization(we cut checks every quarter!). We also have an online tracking system so your group can see how much money is being raised. This program can run up to one year. Call us today for more options.
- Pizza & Salad Buffet - These events are generally held when your group can meet at a specific date, time, and location. The program allows you and DOOLEYS to mutually agree on a date and time to hold the fundraiser. Once the date and time are selected, DOOLEYS will offer your fundraiser a Pizza & Salad buffet at a discounted rate per person. Dooleys will design your fundraising flyer(you print and distribute) and you will sell them to your guests prior to the event. DOOLEYS suggests $10 - $15 per ticket, you can charge what you would like. Beverages are not included.
- Comedy at DOOLEYS of Mt Clemens - These events are generally held for ages over 18 and for a specific date and time. This program allows your organization to choose an available date and provides a non-refundable 50% deposit (per show) to secure the date. Once the deposit check is received your date is confirmed. We have 3 packages to choose from offered every 2nd and 4th Friday(other dates available upon request) each month. Show times are 8pm & 10pm.
COMEDY PACKAGE (A)
100 tickets x $6.50 a ticket, your cost is $650.00, *your potential profit is $1150.00
COMEDY PACKAGE (B)
75 tickets x $7.00 a ticket, your cost is $ 525.00, *your potential profit is $825.00
COMEDY PACKAGE (C)
50 tickets x $7.50 a ticket, your cost is $ 375.00, *your potential profit is $525.00
*(potential profit is based on a suggested $18 per ticket)
Your organization sets the price for the tickets and prints their own tickets or flyers. Standard admission to CARMEN'S SHOWROOM is $15 for Saturday shows. Most organizations charge $18 for their fundraising tickets. We also will assist you in organizing the timing for 50/50 draws, raffles or silent auctions if your group cares to add any of these to your fundraising efforts.
